Independence Day is right around the corner, and it’s time for fireworks. Here’s a list of public fireworks displays in our area this year, and links to information from around the region. Many of you who know me know that fireworks are my friend. Even though I’m a bit of a pyromaniac, I’ve taken others’ needs to heart. Before heading out to enjoy the sky flowers, keep in mind that the explosions are not for everyone. Pets, vets, and little ones are more likely to mix poorly with fireworks than pyromaniacs like me.
