I've used Jon twice. The first time was when my wife and I bought our house and it was a straightforward transaction. The second was when my parents had to do a short sale. Jon was amazing in both situations. Jon was very knowledgeable and hardworking. There was one day when we went to see houses starting at 7:30 am and that very same night we were signing papers in his office at 9 pm. Doesn't get much more hardworking than that. Jon also is ridiculously fast to answer calls and emails, most within just a few Mins even when they were late at night.

Jon was great to work with as we went through the process of selling this home. He was always available to answer any question we had, provided us with insight to make the house more marketable, and when the time came, provided accurate comps and recommended reasonable pricing guidelines. We received multiple offers, and Jon was very helpful in navigating through our options. Jon kept us informed through the whole process, and the closing was a very smooth experience. Jon was a very valuable resource!

Jon is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. He has worked with us as buyers, as well as sellers. Jon's extensive knowledge of the area (both real estate and general) helps make decisions easier, and his easy-going demeanor makes even the most stressful situations manageable. He is very responsive and goes out of his way to make the process as transparent as possible- we always felt "in the loop". Jon is fantastic, and we recommend him without hesitation!
